Asheeta Regidi is a lawyer and regulatory advisor with over 13 years of experience in payments, fintech, privacy and technology regulation. Her work focuses on helping businesses navigate licensing, compliance, regulatory strategy and public policy issues in India and across cross-border payment ecosystems.
She has previously held leadership roles at Pine Labs and Cashfree Payments, where she worked extensively on payments regulation, licensing, compliance frameworks, regulatory engagement, public policy advocacy and emerging financial services models.
Asheeta is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E, CIPP/A) with experience advising Indian and international technology, SaaS and fintech businesses on data protection compliance, privacy governance and regulatory risk management. She is a recognised author and commentator on fintech, privacy and public policy, with over 190 publications in national and international media and published books on technology law.
